Patrick mostly reads non-fiction and specialist books. He is currently reading ‘Prediction Machines: The Disruptive Economics of Artificial Intelligence’ by Ajay Agrawal, Joshua Gans and Avi Goldfarb.
A book that left a lasting impression is ‘It’s Not What You Say, It’s the Way You Say It’ by Michael Parker.
Training · since age 17
A school experiment became a habit.
Training began as a self-experiment for a school research paper on nutritional supplements. The paper ended; the training remained.
Freestyle diving · until 2022
Twice backwards. Then water.
Patrick started freestyle diving at around sixteen. His highest jump was a double backflip from sixteen metres. Today, he says, he would no longer dare to do it.
